Archetype Coffee: The New Cafe

This week's spot has been one of my favorite places to go all summer. It's called Archetype Coffee and is in the Blackstone district.

Archetype managed to keep the warm feel of a classic cafe, with industrial furnishings and a cute little patio, perfect for watching the cars and people pass by on Farnam Street. They're so popular they even have their own merchandise, including metal mugs with their logo.

Their menu is small, but everything you need is there. It's on a wooden board next to the register that perfectly fits with their motif. Their drip coffee comes with two options, both delicious and unique.

On Sunday mornings, they offer a few biscuit options to get your lazy day started. I've tried both the apricot jam and the egg and goat cheese and they are amazing with the vanilla latte (with almond milk for me).

I've spent many hours here this summer, studying and catching up with friends. I'll be sad to be so far away once the school year starts! Here's their website!
